SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders $50+. Once processed, orders typically deliver within 2-5 business days depending on shipping location. Our warehouse processes and fulfills all orders M-F, and orders placed after 12p (CT) on Fridays will be processed on the next available business day (most typically Monday). At the moment we only ship to the lower 48 US states and are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

For lost/damaged items purchased from mysquarepet.com: SquarePet shall bear the risk of loss/damage of the items sold until they are transferred to the delivery carrier; meaning that the risk of loss/damage for items purchased passes to you upon our transfer to the delivery carrier.

For incorrect mailing/shipping addresses: If alerted within a reasonable amount of time (by emailing info@mysquarepet.com) that an incorrect mailing address was entered, SquarePet will do it’s best to make the correction before the order has shipped. If an order has shipped to an incorrect mailing address through no fault of SquarePet, any responsibility to attempt re-direct shipments passes to you and SquarePet will be unable to refund/replace the product purchased.

RETURN POLICY

ONLINE PURCHASES:

If a purchase was made via www.mysquarepet.com:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your SquarePet product, we will process your return/refund within 15 days of your purchase, for first-time orders. To initiate a refund/return please email info@mysquarepet.com with the SquarePet order number and any relevant information. Approved returns/refunds will be refunded the total purchase price, plus any applicable sales tax paid. Unfortunately, shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the total unless there are unanticipated circumstances surrounding your order. Please note, if you have purchased more than one item of the same product, we are only able to refund one of the items purchased. Please allow 3-10 business days for the credit to show up on your payment account. Any product purchased as part of a promotion are considered “final sale” and cannot be refunded.

If a purchase was made via any other online store front or website:

Returns or refunds will be exclusively handled by the return/refund policies associated with the individual website where purchased. SquarePet is unable to assist with returns/refunds for SquarePet products purchased through other websites.

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

If you or your pet are not completely satisfied with your SquarePet product, our SquarePet Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return the product in its original packaging to your retailer with a receipt for a full refund or an exchange. (Please note – any online purchases cannot be returned to retail store locations).
